Recovery Residence Complaint Form
If you have a complaint about a recovery residence, please be sure it is a CCAPP Certified Recovery Residence before making a complaint with CCAPP. For a listing of CCAPP Certified Residences, Click Here. This complaint form may be used to report a suspected violation of the CCAPP and NARR Standards for Recovery Residences. The reported home must be a CCAPP Certified Recovery Residence.
