CABAT is a statewide coalition advocating for ethical, effective, and accessible recovery housing. We champion policies that support individuals in recovery and promote accountability across residential treatment facilities.
Founded in 2023 in response to growing concerns about unregulated sober living environments in Orange County, CA, CABAT brings together providers, advocates, and community leaders to ensure recovery residences uphold the dignity and safety of those they serve.
